Founder / Clinical Director
Born and raised in New Jersey, Erica Thomas-Hill has a long history of passion for, and diverse experiences in, the fields of special education, behavior therapy, and training. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from C.W. Post Long Island University, her Masters in Special Education with teaching credentials, and a minor in Special Education from Georgian Court University, and completed her BCBA coursework through Rutgers University. Over the years, she has worked with children and adults with Autism and other disabilities in classroom, center, clinic, and home-based settings; and has provided a wide range of services including direct instruction and programming, assessment, outreach, program coordination, research, and supervision. After moving to Tennessee in 2015, Erica began working as a behavior specialist for a residential agency, and in her time there became certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She also seats on the Human Right Committee for the West TN Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Since earning her BCBA in 2019, Erica’s focus has been providing training and support to future BAs and RBTs. Her goal is to provide training to direct support staff (DSP) and home managers with residential companies, provide training to private clinics and their staff, as well as providing in-home ABA services for families. When she’s not busy working, Erica enjoys baking, organizing, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and family.
